"Under my leadership, with the support of the St. Petersburg Culture Committee, festivals were organized aimed at developing the creative potential of youth, supporting young and professional performers of songs of civic and patriotic themes and lovers of national creativity, identifying new talented authors, educating young people and drawing attention to the history and cultural heritage of St. Petersburg."
During the period of work, under the leadership of Alexey Vinogradov was organized: - Festival of historical theaters "Alexander Nevsky - defender of the Russian land" (2018-2021) - Theatrical program "Tales of Russia" (2021) - Festival for youth "Action Petersburgsky" (2020-2021) aims to develop the creative potential of young people in the field of film art. - Autumn Art Festival "Petersburg MIRAGES" (2020-2021)
- Festival of patriotic song "My Song is Russia" (2019)

In 2020, on the basis of the museum-diorama "Nevskaya Battle. 1240" held a cycle of free programs "Druzhiny Knyaz" with the support of the Russian Military Historical Society. In 2021, on own means, the interactive projection on a diorama which is equipped with sound and light accompaniment has been created. In 2021, an exhibition "In battle with the name of Alexander Nevsky" was organized as part of the celebration of the 800th anniversary of the birth of Alexander Nevsky. The exhibits were presented - from the private collection of culturologist Vadim Kustov".

Alexey Vinogradov is a co-founder of the St. Petersburg BPO "Academy of Wanderings". He supervises all technical aspects of the events.
